Building Your Program
We work with you to collect your event requirements, recommend the best solution to meet your goals and build a competitive and transparent estimate. When collecting your requirements and assessing your program’s goals, we provide a breakdown of the necessary inputs to meet those goals: event throughput, number of photo marketing systems, number of staff and number of event hours.

Creative
We can work with your existing creative to build your Photo Activation assets, or our creative team can design the artwork based on your requirements. What creative assets are needed to launch a Photo Activation program?

  • Photo Retrieval Website: Our standard photo retrieval pages consist of a Landing Page, Survey Page, and Retrieval Page. We can also integrate content from your social networks or social media to provide more interaction for your online customers.
  • Photo Valet Card: The photo valet card provides instructions and additional branding for your event attendees to access your photo retrieval website. Lanyards, event tickets, and live data capture are some of the options that can be used in place of the photo card.

Online Interaction
We can help you determine what efforts can be employed to increase visitor interaction. We recommend examining what existing assets are available before building new assets. When building new assets, we can create the right interactive element for your audience from Flash banners to interactive microsites to augmented reality programs.

Going Live
Your event staff can be trained in-market or remotely. This includes providing additional training if your staff changes throughout your program. We understand that being on-site at your events can bring you peace of mind and your staff additional valuable training, and we're prepared to be on-site at your events at your request.

Technical Support
We provide both live and remote technical support for your staff. Any issues are logged, and you are provided with recaps of the issue and solution.
